Az első edzés óta ( 2011. november 8. kedd ) mindig leírtam, hogy mit csináltam. Ez az én kis kék könyvem. Ma kicsit visszanéztem. Ez volt az első edzésem :

I always wrote a training diary since my very first training.It was on 8th November 2011.Tuesday. That's my little blue book. Today I looked in and that was my first training:
2 x 10 PSP closed hands
2 x 25 knee pull-up.
It's a very good thing that I can look back and follow on my trainings.So I can suggest for you to write a training diary. It's a very useful thing. As I saw I added one rep to the easier exercises. I had to be patient, because sometimes I wanted to go faster. Now that I reached the master step from a few of the Big 6 I only add 1 rep per a month. Now this is my well-tried method. Of course sometimes I feel that I can go faster, but I don't want. So I'm looking forward the next month, when I feel that I can do one more pistol squat or one-arm pushup. I go slowly but continously on my own way. I hope this road leads very far. I made a quick headcount that it will be 2023 when I'll reach the 1 x 100 OAPSP ( each hand) what is the aim :-) And that's the optimal case if everything goes well. I like just it in the bodyweight training.A few years ago I thought about that what will I train when I'll be 60. Will I train at all ? Now that I looked back my diary it's not a question, because I have a lot of things to do before I reach my aims with the Big 6.
