Today while I was training the next came to my mind. It seems that I stopped with the HSPU. I'm not able to do more than 2 x 8.5 reps.I know I will do it in a time.But I think some people solve this problem with drugs. I have a few mates , who tried really strong sport drugs. Now they are out of training. They are still alive :-). You can't buy these stuffs in a fitness store. 1 or 2 weeks and they could push 110 kilos on a bench. They felt themselves very strong. Well , until they used the drugs. Today none of them can do 5 PSP. So what's the good of it? They haven't got any clear answer. I never used anything, because I think it's a sensless thing to be strong that if you don't get the stuff you will grow down.I always believe in the training. Maybe it's old school. Of course I wanted to be bigger, stronger but not this way.We must accept our limits and we have to try to push out these borders.Maybe it's a slow and long way, but I think we have time. So I advice everybody : don't use drugs.The bad news is: that if you wan't to be really strong, it's a hard work and lot of time.So let's train. You know: don't talk about it , do it !
