Pihenő / Holiday

Nos, nem hagytam abba az edzést és nem is tűntem el, csak a szokásos éves szabadságomat töltöttem :-). Ez idő alatt megjártam Gábor barátommal Varsót, majd utána következett egy Madrid - Teneriffe-Madrid program a párommal.
Varsóban nagyon jól szórakoztunk, ettünk, ittunk és Gábor túl van élete első repülésén is.
Madrid nagyon tetszett, de ami különösen jó volt még az Teneriffe, ahol nyár volt szinte. Nagyon jól esett az itthoni ősz után a nyár "érzés". Köszönet ezúton is Laci barátomnak és párjának Katának akik vendégül láttak minket a szigeten és mindent meg is mutattak a szigeten amit lehetett.
Szóval minden jó volt ami a mellékelt képeken is látható.
Ja és persze ma már edzettem, de erről majd később ... :-)

Well,  I didn't stop the training and I didn't disappear. I was on my holiday as every year :-).
During this time I was in Warsaw with one of my friend ,Gabor then I went to Madrid-Teneriffe-Madrid with my wife.
In Warsaw we had a great time , we ate,drank and enjoyed the town. And Gabor is over his first trip on an airplane :-)
I liked Madrid very much, but what I liked the most:  is the summer in Teneriffe. I liked this feeling aftter the autumn weather at home. Many thanks to my friend Laci and his wife Kata. They were great hosts and showed us everything on the island.
So everything was great as it  seems on these pictures.
And of course today I trained again, but I will write about it later.... :-)
